Description

Oral Calcium supplement

Indications

  • Pregnancy and lactation
  • Prevention of primary osteoporosis
  • Premenstrual syndrome
  • Osteomalacia
  • Post menopausal women
  • Hypocalcaemia due to drug therapy

Recommended Dosage

Tablets may be administered orally and should be chewed not swallowed.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Usual oral dosage for Ca depletion - 1 - 2 gms daily

Prevention of Primary Osteoporosis - 1 - 1.5 gms daily

PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME
1 - 1.5 gms daily

OSTEOMALACIA
1 to 3 gms daily

Composition

Each uncoated chewable tablet contains :

Calcium carbonate IP
(Equivalent to elemental calcium 500 mg)		 1250 mg
Vitamin D3 IP 250 IU
